10640 Handmade WADE BRANNON Gal Leg Spurs
This is a pair of used handmade gal leg spurs made long time bit and spur maker Wade Brannon from Silverton, Texas. They are marked Brannon 232 on the outside of the heel bands. They are mounted with nickel silver and copper. We have not seen a pair of gal legs built by him before. There is a little play in the rowels but not much. There is rust build up mainly on the offside bands and buttons. The mountings are in pretty good shape with a few nicks here and there. This is a nice pair of well-built spurs that would be nice to use or to add to a collection.
