10040 Handmade CODY JACK Snaffle Bit
This is a used snaffle bit made by Texas maker Cody Jack. It is marked Jack on one of the bars. Cody has many years of experience building spurs and cowboy hardware and has cowboyed most of his life. Cody is from Panhandle, Texas. He is one of the featured spur makers for the Annual Texas Style Bit & Spur Association Auction to benefit the Women’s Protective Services Organization. The bit is steel with a natural patina and is mounted with nickel silver and copper in the center of the flowers. The back of the bars are inlaid with copper. There is not much wear at the center rings. This would be a nice bit to use or to add to a collection.
