10333 Vtg Handmade Shaped Ear Headstall with Browband and Noseband Crockett Bit Bridle
This is a vintage shaped ear headstall with a noseband and an old Crockett bit. The headstall is probably from the 50’s and the bit from the 60’s. There is no maker mark on the headstall. The leather is double and stitched bridle leather and it is nice and supple. It has two brass conchos on the bit ends. There is a small chew on the leather right by the ear slot as shown in the pictures. The bit is stainless and is marked CROCKETT inside one cheek piece and stainless inside the other cheek piece. ST is marked on the port. The cheeks are a little over 7” and the mouth piece measured between cheeks is a little over 5”. This would make a nice old bridle to display with your collection.
